I can not believe it is the end of September already!! Where does all the time go...they say that time flies when you are having fun, that may be the biggest understatement I have ever heard! The summer came and went, lots of rodeos, lots of work, and lots of fun, but now it is fall and it is definitely time take a breather! Wait, let me clarify that, our version of a breather!
In between all the rodeos, traveling to Canada, Omaha, and our first annual rodeo committee seminar, we try and find time to be farmers. We raise beef cattle, along with our bucking stock and they deserve a little attention as well! In the past few weeks, we have moved cattle, sold cattle, preg checked cattle, made hay, chopped corn, hauled hay, all of that along with our everyday chores of feeding all the mouths we raise! So it is pretty safe to say that our \\\"breather\\\" has been pretty busy!
We never have 9-5 days with weekends off. Our \\\"job\\\" is a lifestyle that we choose to live, that we enjoy, and are thankful everyday we have the chance to live it! Yes, it does get busy...there are definitely those days where we say, \\\"what are we thinkin!\\\" But, would we change it...NOT A CHANCE!
We live, work, and travel with our family. Two, you might even say three including Sam, Lily, and Cade, generations of Moreheads traveling up and down the road 12 months out of the year doing what we love together. What more could we ask for.
